KB Realty really came through when I needed to get into a new place. They answered all my questions and replied to all my requests quickly. They process payment quickly as well and got back to me in less than 24 hours every time. Very strong communication here.

Learned a lot here. I've worked with other Realtor agencies before and put of who I've worked with, I have picked up the most tangible information here that can be applied in the real estate world.

I was looking for a Realty company for a month or so before enlisting KB Realty's services. They were able to provide me with more sizable results than any other Realty company I have ever worked with in just a matter of a few weeks. They were able to find me qualified tenants for each of the properties I had. This is definitely a well coordinated business relationship and I look forward for what is to come. KB walked me through the entire process of getting my first home. They did it while being patient, professional, and understanding of my situation. Very quick and responsive to all my discrepancies. Great service!

Phenomenal realty firm to work with. I had a property that I needed to list and sell sitting for well over a month. I dealt with someone named Aaron Lacey in the firm and he was exceedingly knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He kept me up to date and was able to fulfill the entire process within 3 weeks. This realty company really deserves 0 stars they are truly that bad. Unprofessional, incompetent with shady and predatory business practices I can honestly state that this has been the worst realty experience my husband and I have ever had as renters. We are a military family and after a year of getting the run around, excuses and finally outright lies in our business dealings with KB we moved to a different company. With the consistent lack of timely maintenance and frequent changes within the company itself (every couple of months getting a new realtor) we decided to cut our losses and move ourselves and three small children under 8 incurring out of pocket expenses as we had already wasted our PCS move on the first residence with KB. The realtor who had been assigned to oversee the house we were staying in couldn't even effectively do her job because of a realtor who was a "family friend" of the owner and therefore a biased party because she originally sold the owners the property. So even though she didn't work in that department she stepped on the toes of the person that did. Emergency maintenance is non-existent
