The machines in the facility are all twisted- bars, leg extencions, hamstring curls. All bad.

When it rains the water gets inside. The restrooms are always dirty- pipi and sht.

But customer service is worst they are always right. Unless you show them the paper from you Bank accnt.

Can't believe this company has been in business 29 years. They have the mentality that customer is wrong unless they can prove they are right. Really bad customer service and scammers. Never will use this business again. It was like Fort Knox to get out of the ach payment and cancel membership

The EP Fitness on Paragon St. is really shabby. They recently painted the entire gym and I will give them credit for that but when it rains the entire gym becomes wet and several of us are concerned about the mold that may be accumulating underneath the carpets. Roca Gym what is that about? Bring in some new equipment and fix what needs to be fixed instead of supplying DJs to the workout experience. Don't understand this kind of logic
