I wish I could leave a negative star!



I wanted to order flowers for a friend so I went on their website, selected a bouquet that I liked, then called to make sure they could deliver it on time. When I called the sales rep was unfamiliar with the website, pricing, or their delivery process. She placed me on hold about 5 times to go and ask "the owner" the answers to my questions.



To make a long story short, the sales rep stated that they would not give me the price reflected on their OWN website. When I pushed back at this absurd notion, with an inquiry of "why?", she simply hung up the phone. I called back and the "owner" answered. When I asked about the same thing the man hung up the phone also.



Awesome way to earn business and treat potential customers. Judging by the other reviews, this is obviously not an isolated incident.



I'll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

This flower shop has very bad employees and service. Their employees are always mad and treart the clients mean and unfair. They don't have a variety of flowers or stuffed animals.
