Good people, Good service!! I was passing though town when I had an issue with my car. The part wasn't available that day in El Dorado but the service men were determined to get me home. They worked on my car for about an hour. I can't say how much it meant for them to help a complete stranger not be stranded!! I continued on my three hour drive. They were so helpful and professional. I would recommend Norris service shop to everyone.
