I don't know how this guy does it but these thick cookies are to live for. I see why they are called Thickys. An inch thick and some parts even more, lots of the chips/walnuts in every bite. You should go to one of the events they are at (http://www.thickys.com/blog.html for locations) to get them or go to www.thickys.com to order them and have them delivered right to where ever you are. This guy bakes them fresh to order and get them in the mail the next day, wow.
