Provided by YP.comChronically understaffed. Poor security - anyone walks in and out anytime. Staff stole from my mother's purse and from her refrigerator. They stole her shoes and music cds. Serious language barriers with untrained caregivers with bad attitudes. Promises of improvement never materialized. Admin staff is usually unavailable as they cover many facilities. Looks great on the surface with a smooth sales pitch but don't get sucked into to the empty promises!!! I'm so glad Mom has moved out! October 2010

Provided by YP.comI had a relative live here and their so-called trained staff did not dispense medications correctly or keep adequate log notes for their residents. Personal items were missing, never to be found. Be sure to interview residents for inside information that the facility will never reveal. Don’t be fooled or rely on support from CDSS; be informed before you place your loved one at this facility!
