Abbey Party Rents works with you, caterers, designers, event planners, wedding consultants and more by providing tents, chairs, linens, china, lighting, audio, food service equipment, turf and many other event needs. Call us and place your order, or work up an estimate on-line, and we will give you a quote. From there we'll confirm your order and delivery time with you as your event nears. You can will-call your order or we will deliver promptly and courteously. Set-up can be arranged or we will drop off the equipment at your direction, and pick-up is included in the delivery price.

- Party Planning -Decisions can be made over the phone with our experienced staff. Using this website, you can choose your chairs, linen, and china. Just about everything you'll need, but a knowledgeable event coordinator can help with the trickier aspects of planning your party.On-Site Consultations -This service will help you determine how many people or size of tent will work for your venue. Bands, food service, tables and seating are all important options that determine the size of your tent or area needed for your event. A fire permit is required on any structure over 400 sq. ft. but we'll handle the processing so you don't have to!Party Pick-Up & Delivery -Your rental equipment needs will be confirmed and a delivery time scheduled before your event. Equipment is dropped off at a dock, door or garage that is immediately accessible to our truck. On pick-up, equipment must be re-stacked and available to our drivers. Dishes should be rinsed and in their original containers.Rentals -Chairs, canopies, turf, lighting, tables, china, food service equipment, heaters, audio-visual equipment and more. Equipment Sales -We offer for sale any equipment we rent, either new or used for a competitive price. Installations -All precautions are taken when securing a tent, either by stakes, 50 gallon drums or steel weighted plates. We'll deliver your heaters and light the pilots if your event starts within a couple of hours, or a staff member will show you how to light them.
