I called Thomas Byrds because the hot water was not working in my house. The woman on the phone said she could have someone come to my house that day! To me amazement the man showed up here just a few hours later. I was worried that I would be waiting around all day for someone to come to help me. The man told me that I needed to get a whole new hot water heater; mine was almost 20 years old. He said he could a new one the next day. Unfortunately I had to work the next morning and I would have to put it off until the weekend, which was 4 days away. That is an eternity without hot water. The man did not want to leave me without hot water for that long, made a call to his boss. He then offered to come in early and install my hot water heater before I had to be at work, which I thought was above and beyond sweet! He showed up at my house the next morning bright and early and installed the hot water heater quickly enough that I even had time to take a shower before work! The man was neat, polite and very knowledgeable! He made my unfortunate plumbing experience much easier to handle. I will without a doubt use them for my future plumbing problems, even though I hope I dont have one anytime soon!
