Used to live in Edwardsville a few years ago and was back visiting family. Stopped by Ashley Furniture about a week ago to see what they had. They were not here when we lived here.

Fell in love with the Darshmore recliner. Very comfortable and it fit me perfectly. Could have sat for hours. Too bad I couldn't take it back home to Georgia with me.

The staff there is very friendly and helpful. If you need help I would suggest asking for either Cathlyne, Kelsey or Cierra.

I found exactly what I was looking here and fell in love with the pieces I decided on before they were even in my home. I got a bedroom and living room set and I love all of it. The sectional I got is all fleece and so comfortable. My bedroom set looks amazing and my mattress is so incredibly comfortable. I will be buying here again. If you go, ask for Zachary! He was fantastic to work with.

My husband bought a bookshelf for Christmas to go with my office set from Ashley Furniture in Edwardsville. When we went to set it up, we realized that there was no pegs for the shelves to actually sit on. My husband contacted the store the next day and several more days and over a month later we still don't have pegs. I personally called the store today and asked for a manager and got the Front Desk manager Cierra. She again gave me the runaround about them having been ordered and not shipped. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH. When I said I will just bring the bookshelf back if I don't get the pieces by the end of the week she gave me the spill about once the product is in your home, there is no refunds. I CAN'T USE THE BOOKSHELF. Spare yourself the trouble, frustration and stress and avoid Ashley Furniture completely!
