Three Days Latter & Still Waiting for the Guy to Show Up As Scheduled :o(

I called Summit Gutter Systems, gave the representative my cell number, gave him my address and set up an appointment at 5:30 the next evening for them to come to my house and review the work that needed to be done. I had to leave work earlier and rush to get home for the 5:30 PM meeting only for the contractor never to show up. It's been three days since the appointment and I haven't heard anything from these guys. I'm fine if you can't make an appointment because something came up but have the fricking common courtesy to give someone a call and let them know you aren't going to make it and reschedule. I have zero confidence in them being able to do anything at this point and wouldn't give them the work if they offered to do it for free.
