When this shop was just starting out I began dealing with them. Their eye for soft lovely tea sets, cups and saucers, accessories is invaluable. Never have I been in the store and not received respect and the very best of customer service. Both ladies always have a smile and know your name. They are a wonderful addition to the downtown shops.

I am REALLY surprised to see these negative reviews! I have made numerous trips to this store and have ALWAYS found them to be very friendly and accommodating. In observing them with other customers, whether locals or visitors, I have never seen them be anything but welcoming and polite. We are all human, perhaps someone was just having a bad day. I hope the people who wrote the negative reviews will give this wonderful little shop another chance. They have great stuff and are knowledgeable regarding their product.

I guess they must be having a bad day there, because they were brusque and rude to me and my wife. Someone should have called in sick instead of showing up to work with such a snotty attitude.

After a lovely Saturday morning at the Edmonds Farmers market, we stopped in this store which we hadn't visited in awhile. My mother apparently infuriated the staff by asking if there was a trash can she could put her empty Starbucks coffee container in resulting in rude, sarcastic, smart-mouth comments the kind of which have ensured that we will NEVER visit this store again. We will buy our white teapot with the custom filter elsewhere along with the Yorkshire Gold tea that we enjoy so much. I am a 45 year old adult woman who will not support a store that permits its staff to insult her 67 year old mother. Boos and jeers to this place for lowering the standard of Edmonds friendliness we have experienced at every other location in that lovely town. These people now disgust me and I will no longer bring visiting friends and family members to their so-called business to shop there.I only wish I could give them less than a one star rating, but that isn't an option.

With 250 jars of loose leaf teas, this is a great place to shop. Here you can find everything from black tea to green tea and rooibos teas. Several flavors of each. Treasures & Teas carries a good selection of tea cups & tea pots. This is also a great place to shop for nautical gifts, with a good variety of something new & different. I enjoy shopping here, as there is always something new and the staff are very friendly and a pleasure to talk with.

Love, love, love this shop! All kinds of fresh, wonderful teas. tons of gorgeous and fun tea pots, tea cups, coffee mugs, tea books etc. Also lots of fun stuff with a seaside theme, seashells, mermaid, pirate etc. motifs. Pick up your Edmonds souvenir t-shirt here too. If you are in Edmonds don't miss it! The owners are really friendly and quite knowledgeable of their products. They really make you feel welcome.
