Ed and Rebecca have been taking care of my computer needs for a couple of years now. I found them after realizing that it wasn't convenient to take my computer to a location to leave it for a few days. Ed comes to my home, usually by the next day after a call and takes care of the problem. I found them to be less expensive than the computer fix stores as well. Ed does a great job, is fast and gives great advise, too. I'd recommend Tech Team to anyone looking to have their computer fixed or tuned up.

Tech Team has handled every aspect of our office computer network since we first called them for service last summer. Whatever our computers throw at them, they find a way to fix it. We'd used a couple other computer repair companies before but none of them had service even approaching what Tech Team does. We recommend them without hesitation.

Tech Team was able to come out the next morning after I called them about my virus-infected computer. Although all the other computer repair companies predicted I'd lose all my data and be charged a few hundred dollars to wipe it clean, the Tech Team techie managed to get rid of the viruses without losing my data and for a fraction of the price I expected. These are honest people who just want to help you rather than make a buck in your time of need. Needless to say, they're the only ones I trust with my system now.

Tech Team Seattle has been sending Ed out for the past 2 years to handle the various computer repair issues at our office. He has been able to address our every need and question, and on the rare occasions when he doesn't know all the answer he always makes it his business to find it for us. This is a great company that we'd recommend to anyone.

I had a blue screen and needed my computer back that same day. TechTeam was the only company willing to come out the same day I called without charging us extra. I couldn't get over how efficient and kind they were. It is rare for a company to be both!

I have been using Tech Team for all my computer repair needs for nearly 3 years now. They have been nothing but kind, professional and competent in the whole time I've worked with them. They used to count on me to handle their computer issues, but when my wife had a baby it became clear that we would have to use outside help. I'd say they've been to my parents' house 4 or 5 times. They've removed some viruses, introduced them to wireless internet and even helped them change to a new high speed internet service last year. They have been nothing but patient and encouraging, and they've frquently gone off the clock to answer questions and show my parents how to do new things such as run their virus scans. I also like it that they get to deal with the same tech guy and the same young lady on the phone, which is very comforting for "older folks" who are generally intimidated by technology. These people are the Real Deal when it comes to computer repair. Based on my parents' experience in the past two years, I recommend them without reservation.

I am not normally the type to place a review for a company, especially a negative one. I had a bad experience with Tech Team Seattle for my laptop repair. I was quoted several different prices, and ended up paying $50 more than the final quote I received for laptop repair. Overall I was charge $250 to fix it. I would have bought a new laptop if I had been told it would be that high. Not only did the price go over the quoted price, they did not call to let me know it would go over as I was promised they would. My antivirus software is now gone from my laptop so I will need to purchase more, which in turn raises the cost of this. I seriously would NOTrecommend doing business with Tech Team Seattle.
