I personally work here and have for several years. We have a lot of employees that have been at Sooner Answer Service for 10+ years. If we experience any overturn, it’s because the employee moved on to bigger and better things, i.e. they finished college, etc. (Sooner employees college students and is glad to work with their class schedule) or the employee was terminated for just cause. But since I have been employed there, the turnover is the same as any other place of employment I have worked. As far as hanging up on people, yes, it happens. It is not on purpose by any means, we work on a special keyboard in which our hold button and our end call button are on there and due to human error, it just happens. There have even been times we have lost power and the caller thinks we hung up, we get blamed for Mother Nature quite a bit! We always try to apologize.and explain that it most definitely wasn’t on purpose. As far as being rude, we take more rudeness and just plain nastiness from A LOT of callers in a daily shift than any of the people calling in could even imagine!!! It’s all day long and every day! Realize that, before you say we are being rude. We try very hard to keep our composure while being screamed at, yelled at and even cussed at on a daily basis! Furthermore, we don’t wear our pajamas to work, as that is against the rules! We do have a casual dress code, but pajamas are a bit too casual. I don’t think many of us just crawl out of bed and come to work. We bathe, take showers and brush our teeth like most people…and are presentable to be at our job. However, we don’t see the public, so my makeup shouldn’t matter to you!

Customer Service is not good a...

Customer Service is not good at all. There has to be another Answering Service in this area that we can go to! I refuse to get service from here, just because they are the only option. Are the employee's drug tested? I wish I could wear pajamas to work, life would be so much easier! Most importantly, THE RATES ARE RIDICULOUS!

DON'T DO IT! They are under-staffed and Overpaid. Everyone employed seems to need a random/mandatory drug evaluation. (they don't drug test, which shows in every employee there).. It is a family owned business where fraternizing on the job is welcome. I'm not sure they are properly trained. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I've had people hang up on myself along with my test callers. They are rude. The manager is always playing "hookey" or "busy". Never get callbacks when promised. The employees have no dress code and look as if they have all just rolled out of the bed and strolled into work. I would not recommend them to my worst customer. The turnover rate is horrible for their employees, so imagine what it's like for clients! I wouldn't do business with them. They raise their rates often, just because they can. They may be the biggest answering service, but I wouldn't pay them a penny of my money. Find somewhere else if you can. If you decide to go with them, you will soon witness everything that was just addressed.
