I am native American and once a year my Tribe helps out in hardship. They were ready to pay my lot rent but I have been trying to get a W9 since 9/20/16 . Help Now I get a 5 day notice to quit/????

THEY LIE. They lie that they have special "today" but not the day after. My wife and I lived there last year and they got us into a freakin flooded area where the parking lot floods every time it rains. Internet connection is also horrible around the property.

The park is very nice and well maintained. Pool is clean and they have soda machines and it is walking distance to Hafer Park and they even have a nice dog park. Down side is prices. They are the more expensive park in Edmond and rent goes up every year! And they do treat some tenants better than others, there is one neighbor I have who gets preferred treatment I think because she owns, I got in an argument once with her and she brought up the fact that I don't own my mobile home which leads me to believe mgmt told her my info.And I do pay $40 for mowing fee and not one time, seriously not even once did someone come mow, my neighbor did mine so I didn't complain. Nice looking park though and close to many things. Worth it if you can afford it, which I can not anymore.

We lived here for 10 years, it was alright then. the rent is too high. Always complaining what was wrong. Partial to some renters. Home owners they get onto. find ways to get your rent higher. or make sure you got something they can pick on. They only pick on some renters. and let others slide. The rent is going up every year, the late fee's is out rageous. If you have not paid by the 5th is $50.00 late charge. if you not paid it by the 10th. It is $100.00. You will always get the notice by the 2nd or the 3rd of the month. So it gives you only 2 days how much your rent is. They force people to cut off their tongue on their trail, or they will charge you $75.00 per month. Then When you want to move your trailer.It will be your responsabilaty to put it back. And they don't bother with other tenants. They pick and choose the tenants. Had a friend living here, He had a 3 bedroom. He had to move out because his rent was $996.00 A month. So if you want to get suckered in come on in. Not a good place for Children. I have to pay $330.00 rent. Take care of everything trees cutting mowing. It is like a prison living here.

Great location, the pool was actually open and nice. I loved the people prior. I had ants terribly. Actually had someone come out and say that they are fire ants. They had good people in there. Now they do not. I have gone through some hard times and the new management wants all of my check or else to court. I do not mind the rules at all. I do mind that I have one neighbor that has a fence up (grandfathered in) that lets there dog outside and parking all the time. Then another neighbor that drinks, yells and fights, has ran into 2 other vehicles and another trailer home, yet they are still there. Also I have erosion problems from them doing a bad job of making the pad for my trailer. Overall not that impressed. Management is not good with their word at all. They also increased my rent and have not with my other neighbors. Their explanation well guess it needed to be. Keep all your paperwork and get everything in writing. They know you are stuck there if you own the trailer so they jerk you around. So be very careful about moving your own trailer in, they will try to get it from you.

I have lived here now for 2 years I am so happy that we finally have people running this place that truly care. All you ghetto people that I hear complaining about the rules why don't you move somewhere else? I personally do not like when the dogs are tied up for days on end and let to run all around the property. I think it is funny that people want to live in a place that nobody cares that you live like pigs. The 2 girls in the office are very nice and only want to help us have a better place to live. I actually heard one person in the office yelling at the poor girl because they got a notice their trash was everywhere and they had roaches. Pick up your trash and clean your home you crazy lazy lady! Oak Ridge Estates is a GREAT place to live and I know it will only get better and better with Management now that cares.

This place is horrible, the price says it all. Rent may be cheap but the service is complete garbage. I have had ants and roaches in my unit. I have told the management and nothing is being done. There are ants everywhere, In the bathroom, kitchen counters, even find them on me while sitting on the couch. something needs to be done with this place, lazy managment!
