Great Customer Service

My friend in Edmond was hosting an 80th Birthday party for her mother. Being out of state I called Kickingbird Flowers & requested a certain floral arrangement from their website which used a China cup & saucer. They only had ONE left in stock & pulled it from the shelf, reserving it for my floral arrangement.

I was so impressed to get a delivery confirmation via E-mail..I would definitely do repeat business with this shop.

I HAVE USED KICKINGBIRD FLOWERS MANY TIMES....LOVED EVERYTHING!! VERY NICE STAFF AND THE FLOWERS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND FRESH.....I BELIEVE IT IS A MOTHER AND DAUGHTER TEAM AND BOTH OF THEM ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY WHEN I HAVE CAME IN THE SHOP. VERY FRIENDLY ON THE PHONE WHEN I HAVE CALLED. I WILL NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE AND I AM VERY HAPPY TO GIVE 5 STARS AS A REVIEW. ALSO- THE INSIDE OF THE FLOWER SHOP IS AMAZING... This shop is Beautiful. The staff treated me very well and my friend LOVED the flowers. I will be back. I have used Kickingbird Flowers many times for birthdays and special events and I have LOVED everything. This is the only shop to use!!!!

I have used this florist many times. Great selection. Very friendly. They put a lot of detail into my order. They are always very friendly to my child that comes in with me. Has even given her a free flower as I place my order. This is the only florist I will ever use. Debbie and Kim ( mother and daughter I think) are AWESOME!!

I placed an order with Kickingbird florist for my daughter's 21st Birthday. I requested a flower arrangement shaped as a birthday cake with a two and a one candle on top and the other request was no pink or very little. The flower cake arrived with four sides of fuschia colored flowers and three candles. I guess they added my request of the 2 and the 1 and came up with the idea of putting three candles for a 21st birthday. Brilliant! I called and spoke with Kim the owner. She argued with me that fushia was not a shade of pink that is was purple. Anyone that looked at this would have called it hot pink! It arrived on wednesday and by friday it had wilted so bad that 3/4" of the foam was showing. Kim had no excuse for three candles. She put the blame off on everyone else that worked there instead of offering compensation. However, she did state that the next time I used them she would put a little extra in my order which is what a good florist does to begin with. I will not use them again do to poor management skills and poor listening skills.

In January of 2009 my mother-in-law past away after a long illness. It was in the middle of a snow storm and all the businesses in Edmond had closed and the schools were out on a snow break. The funeral was the next day at noon and we could not get any arrangements made of any kind and I was extremely worried about what we were going to do because we could not take care of anything. Kickingbird Flowers opened and I took them a picture of the blanket of flowers we wanted that we had found a picture of on the internet but not from any flower store. They were extremely kind and counted the types of flowers they would need to make it, checked to see they had them fresh in stock, and quoted me a price that was very reasonable for the time and effort that would be needed and the lack of time they would have to arrange it. We arrived at the funeral home and were pleasantly surprised to find the most beautiful floral arrangement waiting on us! We had many people comment about the unique and beautiful arrangement of flowers we had for her casket and we knew mom would have been proud of her services that they made possible!!
