We spent a year trying to find someone who could tell us what our problem was, Hi-Tech came out and found the issue in only a few minutes. Three days later and we had 9' of new drainpipe in the floor. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, from the person answering the phone to the technicians that came to the house. We had a small issue after they were done but it was resolved quickly and we are very satisfied with the service we received and will recommend Hi-Tech to everyone we know.

I heard gurgling in my bathtub, so my husband called HiTech Plumbing to come take a look. John did a fantastic job snaking the drain and everything is working great now! This company has great customer service!

Hi-Tech drove all the way to Stillwater to find and repair the leak in my home! I was very pleased with their technicians! They kept everything clean and neat.

My water pressure was extremely low and I called a well company to my house in Wellston. The tech from the well company was so sloppy and his pants were sagging and just very inappropriate. He couldn't give me a straight answer as to what was really wrong. Then I called HiTech and they sent Joshua out to take a look. He was extremely thorough and talked me through the whole process. I really appreciated how clean, professional, and modestly dressed he was. Needless to say, my water is working great again and I now have a go to plumbing company!

I live in Norman, OK and had Hi-Tech Plumbing & Leak Detect out to find my leak. After they found it, they sent their repair crew out to repair the leak in the slab. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I'll use them again.

Stay away from this company! They charged me $300 to find a leak and missed by a mile. Said it was coming from the hot water heater and it was coming from the line in the wall that supplies the water to the refrigerator. Told them about it and they would do nothing about it. Save your money and go find somebody with a reputation, not these guys!

We had a great experience with Hi-Tech. We had a difficult to find slab leak and they fixed the problem efficiently and for a good price. I found them to be very honest in everything they did and felt like we got a great value. They were also very honest and very quick to respond to another problem we had dealing with some missing items that ultimately turned out to be not missing. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues, but especially for difficult to find leaks that need special equipment to find. very good company.

My tub wasn't draining properly. I desperatly needed a plumber and my brother in law told me about Hi-Tech Plumbing. When I called they got someone out right away. John, the techniciian was in and out within 15 minutes. If I ever need a plumber again THEY ARE THE ONE'S TO CALL!!!

Bobby and Johnathan came out to my home in OKC and both of the were extremely personable. My sewer system needed to be rerouted. They knew what they were doing and were able to explain to me in clear terms the job that needed to be done. I loved the experience and cannot speak highly enough about the company!

Trenton came out to my home in OKC to do a leak detection. He did a very thorough job and was extremely helpful in explaining where the leak was in my home as well as how he found the leak. I was very impressed!

It was my first time to use Hi-Tech when I called to schedule a leak detection. They were able to send a specialist to my house the very next day. He found my leak and was able to repair it. Hi-Tech has quick service and hardworking techs! I will be using them again in the near future!

HiTech Plumbing came out to my house in Oklahoma City last month. Mark cleaned my drain line and he was awesome! Everything is great! I am more than satisfied with their services!

They came out the same day that I called, and the service was EXCELLENT! I live in Edmond, and their company has always been so great.
