I have been a customer here for well over 5 years. The service guys have been great and once when there was a problem they helped resolve it. Unfortunately, things have been going downhill for over a year and today they lost my business and anyone else I can reach forever. I was going through the wash. The new guy crammed us all together. Leading to my car bumping the pickup in front of me and then then pickup behind hitting me twice before my honking more that 20 times led them to stop the wash. Now $500 worth of damage to my car and a sore chest from the seatbelt later, No apology. Did a crummy job washing the car (again). No efforts to try and help In anyway. I cancelled my premium membership and I will never go here again and encourage everyone else to go elsewhere as well.

It seems since I joined the monthly program the less is done to my car.Today my windshield was not cleaned and the front of my car still looks the sameI think I will cancel the monthly program.

I asked if they could put in 5w30 synthetic oil. He said "sure". He put in 5w20 without my consent and now the engine sounds rough. He also put a lower mileage than what it really was. Hmm. When I went back to get the correct oil I asked for, I got argument and nonsense. No correction of their error.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is ran by 2 crooks, a husband and wife. I signed up for a 30 day unlimited car wash pass because they guy convinced me to. He said it was for 30 days, and so did the form I signed. No where on the form did it say it was a recurring monthly charge. They have been charging me $25 per month for the wash pass for the last 16 months after repeated attempts to have them cancel it. I don't know what else to do to try to get my money back. They are CROOKS and should be in jail.

Quoted a price and then was charged $10 more without approval. Poor customer service! Won't be back.

I go there alot and trust those guys to take care of our cars and trucks and they do a great job everytime . Ben is a great manager .

this is the worst run place ever expensive crappy service oil changes are outragous and crummy employees are idiots and rude and no one know how to do anything took my suv there 2 times left 2nd time with blown engine because they forgot to add oil after a oil change bad bad bad bad place dont ever make me talk about there washes

DO not use them they will take your mney and not do the service. Bad place. Run to any other store.

I had some problems here and asked for danny like it was written on here by him I am assuming and it appears that he is no longer working there. The new manager was respectful though and helped me resolve my problem quickly

Zero stars from me. They went through my glove box & a bottle of Prada perfume & a $10 roll of quarters came up missing! They did a BAD job & I am telling everyone I know this story. I will find the owners information & I will be letting them know.

Highly recommend. Always do a good job for a good price. Nice people to deal with. Have even given gift certificates for their services to friends.

I'd give this place 0 stars but I don't think that is an option. Terrible place. Absolutley awful. You might as well do it yourself. Everyone got treated poorly there. IF you read this review and just think about, save yourself some time, money and frustration. Probably one of the worst ran businesses in Edmond, OK. I've seen crackheads do better work and treat people with more respect. And I'm dead serious about that.

You obviously don't get the value of what you spend. My car was returned with the back seat not even touched on vaccuming. There was gum wrappers, grass and it looked like they did not even attempt to do the back seat. Very disappointing. This could be a great place, but it wasted my money. katt

I have tried this place on three different occasions. Each time I have witnessed customers being treated poorly by employees, getting keys locked in cars by employees and even items missing out of cars that this place insist is not their problem.

I have tried this place three times. Each time took at least one and a half hour. I have seen customers have their keys locked in their cars by car attendants, rude employees, poor service and several customers with items missing from their cars.
