F5 Storm Shelters did an amazing job installing our in-garage shelter. They were quick and efficient; they were through before noon and cleaned up all the dirt and dust from the garage. The price was right for our

budget and the size is perfect for our family; including a dog and two cats.

F5 was fantastic! I spoke with the owner Ryan and he was very helpful. The day of the install the crew arrived on time and were very professional. The area was clean once the installation was completed and the shelter looks great! I would definitely recommend F5 to all my friends and family!!

Excellent service, great install crew, and the owner Blake was great to work with. We needed paperwork signed for the Moore storm shelter rebate program, and he went out of his way to get it notarized and back to us quickly. Very happy with our shelter! 5 stars.

We received our storm shelter from F5 in OKC on Friday. The installation went smooth. They were 15 minutes late, but the workers more than made up for that with the quality of work. We had a hard time deciding which tornado shelter we wanted but we're happy we got the bigger one. Overall, we are very pleased with our storm shelter.

I compared all the local companies, decided to go with F5. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! Blaike was fantastic. He answered all of our questions, was very prompt at returning my call, and even came by to see us to tell us he appreciated our business. The workers that came to the house were very polite and professional as well. I will recommend them to everyone!

I shopped around a lot looking for shelters. Ended up buying from F5 and just got my shelter installed couple days ago. The work and people were very professional.

I really appreciate the good work that F5 did with my shelter. The crew that showed up were very friendly and did and excellent job with installation and clean up. They also took the time to do a walkthrough my wife and kids in the shelter. My wife actually interviewed and went to a total of 4 different shelter show rooms and picked F5 because of the friendly customer service of their office manager, Justin. He was upfront about the process, answered all of our questions and concerns, and very friendly. He also introduced us to the owner of the company, Ryan who was also very friendly and helpful in our selection process. Its a good company and I would recommend a shelter from them to anyone. They also put in shelters for my in-laws and another one of our friends who said they were just as professional as I told them they were in the buying/installation process. Thanks F5

Agree with Matt F. Avoid if you can. Their customer service is terrible, and the owner/manager, Blake, is rude and inattentive. All of that might be forgivable if they did good work, but unfortunately, they use subcontractors for the installation who do very shoddy work. Very disappointed in my decision to go with this company.

This company is a complete waste of time and money. I would avoid F5 if you can. They canceled appointments on three separate occasions. One being that there was rain (it was not raining and, to the best of my knowledge, it shouldn't matter as the shelter was to go inside the house). They also no-showed once, and the only explanation that was given was that the crew "just didn't feel like it". The owner and staff are unprofessional and rude. Blake, the staff member in their location seemed to find whatever it was on his phone far more interesting than talking with me. This is one company that needs to wither and fall off the vine of American commerce.

I had a terrible experience at F5 shelter… I’ll try to keep it brief. Essentially, the woman who sold me my shelter said in case of an uncontrollable issue I’ll get a refund of my deposit. Long story short, an uncontrollable issue arose and I called F5. I talked with Ryan (the owner) and told him what was happening. I described the woman who helped me, and also described her child who was running around the store. He told me that no one works there with that description (turns out his wife sold me the shelter…). Afterword, he told me that I could get my money back if I find someone on Cregslist to buy my installation spot. So I found someone on Cregslist to buy my spot, as Ryan asked. I had the guy from Cregslist call F5 and it turns out F5 sold my spot and now I can’t get my money back. I don’t understand why the owner cannot be a man of his word. I don’t understand why the owner would deny knowing his own wife. I don’t understand why the owner will not uphold the verbal agreement that his wife and I made when purchasing the shelter.
