This place took all the headache out of buying. I needed everything for my kitchen, dishwaster, stove, and fridge. After beating myself up at Home Depot and a few other giant stores, I stopped into David's. What a relief! They were friendly and did a great job installing everything. Clearly they know what they're doing!

service tech was in such a hurry (less than 20 min) he was literally running in and out of the house. no sooner was he in his truck, the washing machine he was supposed to fix was making new noises. loud nboises never heard before. being a busy family we did not call to complain until the noises became overwhelming. when we did call David (the owner) was more than willing to come out again to "fix the new problem" "but you will need to buy more parts" and we wont charge a service call fee...he then tried to disuade my wife from further service, saying :"i dont know how much i would spend...". on the final call i made, :david" insuated i was just trying to get something for free. he was rude and frankly unwilling to even entertain the notion the rush-rush job might have been the cause of inadvertant damage. he also dismissed the fact that the noise he was initially called to fix had returned with a vengence. not happy with expensive service call, very poor customer service experience. so much for standing by ones work. this is a do not recommend based on my personal experience. i am not suggesting for a moment the new problems were a result of the first repair, just it seems ironic that n o noise for 11 years, a replaced pump, minutes later i now have new issues... coincidental? maybe. professional response, hardly.
