Dave was quick to draw up plans but once he got our money he was no where to be found to finish the job. He would not answer phone calls or emails for weeks on end. Once we did get ahold of him he would give us the run around and excuses.
Dave failed to submit our permits promptly as promised and caused the building of our foundation as well as the delivery of our house to be delayed which cost us more money in the long run.

I have ordered numerous surveys and elevation certificates from Dave at Central Drafting services for the past 10 years. He is always right on time, quick, and the most knowledgeable person for Baltimore and Harford County. He has helped out in so many situations, I highly recommend him and his company. Chris Barkley
