Advanced Granite Solutions is an outstanding company. We had beautiful granite countertops installed. No sales pressure whatsoever. Came back 3 times before deciding to go with AGS. Did a lot of research. The craftmanship exceeded our expectations. The quality of product and installation is stellar!! Highly recommend this company. We love our kitchen.

We are building a house and needed granite for 3 bathrooms. We've visited probably 20 some granite vendors plus wholesalers in MD and PA in the past 6 months, but have not seen such a unique and beautiful granite selection as AGS'.

It was a long decision process for us, but Tiffany S at AGS and her colleagues worked with us. Every time we had a question, it was fully addressed within 24 hours.

Initially we thought they are not the cheapest place in town, but at the end you get what you pay for. The stones are beautiful. The customer service is outstanding, responsive and on top of things. The installation team addressed all my concerns and did a thorough job striving for perfection.

I didn't have to prod them or worry about any steps in the process.

I've been in real estate brokerage for over 40 years; besides listing & selling, and advising my sellers how best to present their properties, I've acted as the general contractor for several of my personal renovations & remodels. Needless to say, I've been through my share of contractors, from competent to incompetent, and after all these years, the competent list has pared down to roughly a half dozen - it's my go to list, a painter, an electrician, a plumber, a roofer, a flooring contractor, a carpenter....and now after my experience with AGS, a countertop contractor. AGS is an absolutely top drawer operation, with the finest quality products, from the best quarries in the world. The laser measuring was perfecto, and the installation was superb. I must say, that because my experience with AGS was so so different from a couple of the negative reviews I've seen on this site, it really makes me question the authenticity of the negative reviews. I've seen this often on various other sites on the internet as well - and we all know so well how trolling has been so rampant - particularly during this past 2016 Presidential election. Sorry to go off topic, but I truly felt the need to address the wild disconnect between my experience and the negative reviews.

I cannot say enough good about this company-Advanced Granite Solutions! I got my quartz countertops from them and the design I loved had a very large free form swirl of black going through it. My countertops had to take a 90 degree turn and I feared that the design would look terrible if not cut perfectly!
May I just say that it not only was cut perfectly, but it was installed perfectly! I am truly thrilled with everything.

I just wanted to take a minute to email you, as I was super impressed with the customer service displayed by your company. The two gentleman that came for the removal/install yesterday were extremely courteous and friendly. They knocked out the project with great work in almost less than 2 hours. Also, the plummer (Eric?) that came was just as friendly and professional. The project looks great and seamless, so just wanted to pass that along. I will highly recommend you to anyone that asks, as well as consider you for future projects.

AGS did an amazing job on our kitchen counters. The measuring was accurate, the sales people and installers were extremely professional and accommodating to our schedule. They were here when they said they would be here ... the price was exactly as they quoted and our kitchen looks amazing. Incredible job! Highly recommend!

Avoid this company like the plague. Their salespeople lie, they left us without water for over 10 hours, their "plumber" didn't show up until after 8:30 p.m., their management was very proud of their service and did not apologize for any inconvenience insisting that the wait for the plumber was normal. They mismeasured the granite countertop.

We want to thank everyone at AGS for our beautiful new countertops. The work was done in a professional way from start to finish. You were highly recommended by several of our friends and now we know why. Thanks for everything you did....

Very happy with the granite installation, it looks great and the price was better than other estimate we got. Only downside is I had to grout the backsplash where it meets the granite, but luckily I could do it.

I purchased granite for my basement wet bar from AGS. A great experience from purchase to installation. A large selection of stone to choose from. The dates for measure and installation were determined at purchase. Everything went as scheduled despite a major snow storm during the process. The installers did a great job. My bar looks better than I had anticipated.

Wonderful , helpful, and most importantly patient staff! Hailee was very knowledgable and really went the extra mile to help guide me to my perfect kitchen. From start to finish AGS was prompt and professional. Great company!

FANTASTIC!! We have an old farmhouse with oddly-shaped corners and tough angles. The installers just left and we couldn't be more pleased with our new granite countertops! Less than two weeks ago we got our estimate, and today we have gorgeous new counters and fixtures. Not only that, AGS beat the our closest other estimate by more than half. Walking through the warehouse and seeing the actual stone was amazing and will would definitely recommend this company to anyone considering new counters. Thank you!

I'm huge on customer service, that is what drives me to use a specific company. Unfortunately my experience this company was despicable. My initial conversation with the lady who operates the front desk was uncalled for. So unprofessional, she was nothing less than rude. She assured me I would receive a call back within two days. The two day time frame lead to five days, and only because I called back. She said I need to be more patient and that she was going to call me back when she had time. How rude is that. Needless to say after a few more rude remarks I choose to do business with Granite Title Associates. They were exactly what I was looking for, polite and remarkable service (and managed their time well). I would NOT recommend this company, unless you want to be treated rudely.
