I placed an order with Covercase for a JBL on tour speaker. When I tried to call the company after I placed the order on the internet the number 201-654-3088 was not a working number. I then tried their toll free number 1800-757-3860 their answering machine picked up then told me to hold after holding a few minutes the machine asked for me to leave a message.

On 12-4-08 I left a message calling again several times during the day leaving messages but still there was no answer from Customer service person. nor any call backs from the messages I had left. I became suspicious of the company when I didn’t receive a e-mail confirmation after placing the order.

On 12-5-08 I tried to call again and still no answer (for a company that claims to be ready to help their customers on the internet 24/7 this is not happening) I tried to look them up in the New Jersey online yellow pages but the listing they have there are not working neither. I tried to call several times through-out the day and in the evening but I’ve still not received a response from them.

On 12-8-08 First thing I did was check with the STARS 24 to see if the transaction for $82.94 had cleared and it did. I tried to call Covercase again and still no answer (from a person) on the toll free number and the other numbers I have for them still are not working.

On 12-9-08 Left another message with Support Dept.of Covercase and I still haven’t received a call back.

On 12-10-08 Left another message with Sales Dept. still I haven’t been able to speak to someone

On 12-11-08 I have made my last call to Covercase to try and get a hold of them and still no answer. I still have not received the package or a call back from all the messages I left them. I believe they are a scam company and would like to get my money back.
