We used Trace at Southeast Volusia Building and Remodeling to remodel our house in New Smyrna Beach. It was a great experience! Trace and his team are very skilled craftsmen who take pride in their work and in doing the job correctly. Trace rebuilt two kitchens and a full bathroom for us as well as new tile flooring, paint, doors, baseboards, etc., throughout the house. He opened a large pass-through in a structural wall to build a bar between the kitchen and living room. The end result was fabulous! Trace and his team are very professional, polite, reliable and honest. They are tidy, don’t smoke, and clean up after themselves at the end of each day. Trace has a large new showroom in Edgewater on Ridgeway Ave where you can pick from many different high quality materials - cabinetry, granite, tile and wood flooring, etc. He has awesome kitchen design software that allows you to see exactly what your new kitchen will look like when done. His prices are fair and worth every cent because he is trustworthy and does what he says he is going to do every time. I would not use anyone else and highly recommend Trace at Southeast Volusia Building and Remodeling for any construction/remodel job you want to do!
