We hired Pomeroy to do an appraisal for us and they were the most courteous, enjoyable people to do business with. They were prompt and explained everything to us. They delivered the appraisal as promised and the appraiser was very careful going over his appraisal to make sure we understood how he arrived at the value. We felt they were very honest and sincere and they certainly cared about us. We would highly recommend them and their fees were very reasonable.
