My A C unit stopped working, and my son recommended this company, so I called them and they came to check my unit. It was decided I needed a new unit, So I agreed to let them do the job. They came the next day and installed it, they did a fine job. I paid in full for the A C $4,041.00 They left me a washable filter as a backup but said I needed 20x20 filters to change on a monthly basis. I ran out of filters and was going to put the washable filter in till I got to store. It wouldn't fit, It was to big to go in unit. So I called them to get a replacement and was told it may take two weeks to get ,Okay I called after two weeks, was told it wasn't in yet, okay, I was told they would call me as soon as it came in. No call came in and it's been two months now, So I feel this company, once they get their money the customer no longer matters to them. I really thought these people were good people to those who trusted them to be honest and trustworthy.

In the dead of summer we came home and our house was stifling, we called one company and they said it would be hours before they could get there, we called Anderson Performance and they said they would be there within the hour, which ended up being about 30 minutes. They looked at the unit, and I expected a major repair necessary, but within minutes they diagnosed the problem to be with the fan, they estimated the cost for us before fixing it and it was much less than we expected. The problem was fixed quickly and they stayed to make sure it was working and our house was cooling down. We were very impressed with Stephan and his family, which is why when my in-laws AC unit had trouble weeks later we called Anderson Performance, and we received the same quick, friendly, & professional service. . I wouldn't use or recommended any other company but Anderson Performance Heat & Air.

My air conditioner died on Thanksgiving day. I call Stephen and his company that night and told them what had happened. They were at my house the next day and fixed the problem without any problems. I highly recommend this company for any a/c or heater needs!!

I had a problem with my air conditioning just not cooling well. Called several companies in the area and they all told me that I needed a new unit. I am so glad that I called Anderson for another opinion! Within 30 minutes they found the real problem to be a bad thermostat and changed it. The unit has been working great ever since! They literally saved me thousands of dollars! Defintely will never call anyone else!!!

Very professional, great work, reliable and always on time... Even with emergencies they were there to help me. Great pricing too. They helped me with EVERYTHING even helpful information for my home. Great family and very friendly.
