I was traveling and had a mechanical issue and as good fortune would have it Wild Prairie was the closest dealership. I arrived mid afternoon and they were able to get the bike looked at and get my problem resolved. These folks went the extra mile to repair my bike and get me back on the road. Thanks Brent, Woody, John and Trenity for your care and great work. I also want to say while my wife and I were upstairs the merchandise and sales staff were very considerate. They could tell I was a little anxious and engaged us in conversation to help take my mind off what was going on. Again a great big thanks to you all.

DO NOT TRUST - THEY DROPPED MY BIKE and I have been dealing with them for over a year to make it right. Because they won't make it right I asked for their insurance info and they refuse to give it to me. Don't take the chance and let this happen to you.
