We have two of our children in the center for three years, it has gone downhill for the last year , all of the talented and great teachers that my children loved dearly have all quite the center due to the directors. Not all New Horizon Academy are bad, Chanhassen and Minnetonka both have great teachers (some of the EP transferred there). We pulled our kids from there, as well as seven other families due bad director ( Mandy) My children have been neglected, bullied, for too long.

Do not place your child in this daycare center! It looks good at first but looks deceive. The brochure is glossy and promises a lot that they do not seem capable of fulfilling. The staff in the infant room do have a sense of what a baby needs or wants. Children were left out of sight, safety poor with cabinet safety looks not in place so that children can get to cleaning products, crying children were ignored, and soothing technique observed lacked any emotional understanding of a child in distress. The management is poor but they had many excuses and fronts put up as to why something may not be as it should. I strongly discourage any parent from placing their child in care there.
