Wow! How a business can change in a view years.



I used to like going to PEARLE VISION EXPRESS, but I just experience the worst customer service I have ever seen. It's a shame... If been going to Pearle Vision Express in Eden Prairie for nearly 20-years.



Perhaps a bad day, but that is NO excuse to treat your customers with anything less then cordial respect.



It was so bad that I will not be going to Pearle Vision in Eden Prairie, ever again! Dr. Kilgore attitude sealed the deal. I liked Doctor Scott, but unfortunately, will never do business with her again. If you have to go to Pearle Vision, I suggest you see her.



What do I hope to achieve by writing to you? Perhaps there are others with similar experiences. Only after people stand up for themselves will there ever be a change. Perhaps only then will they will realize that their customers DO matter.
