I tried for 3 days to get service. The septic system was backing up into my rental and they could not use the water anywhere. They couldn't shower, do dishes, wash clothes or use the toilet. On the third day I called (as well as on the other two days) to ask what time they would be there. Mr. Price said they called this morning and no one answered. I told him I heard the phone ringing this morning, checked the number and voice mail and no one had called. So again I asked him if they were coming today and he said no.
My family has been dealing with this company for over 40 years, not only personally, but for our rentals as well, and have been very satisfied with their prices and service up until now. I'm not sure what has changed but we have decided to go with another company.

I called Price and Sons because my neighbor had just used them and I looked them up in the phone book..their add they are #1 for #2 made me laugh. So he called to tell me he was on his way, so I showed him around where the tank was...well he found it fast. He is very courteous and polite, he even made me laugh. I put them in my book, they are my septic guys Price and Sons.

This is my first time calling a Septic company in Salisbury MD, since I moved from PA. I noticed him in my neighborhood many times so I figured I'd call. Well I am very HAPPY I did, i made a day I was going to be home and he called me when he was on his way. I had an idea where the septic was, but he found it very fast. He is very professional and has a great personality, He truly is a nice guy. I will definitely use his company again, I would recommend Price and Sons to everybody !!!!
