Little over a year ago I purchased a brand new 2012 Kia Soul. Traded in a vehicle for $6,000. They would not budge on the sticker price. But Jeremiah did throw in a touch up paint marker and a tank of gas. I bought the car because of the "great" gas mileage. Months later, received a letter in the mail stating they were off a little on the miles per gallon. So they reimbursed me a few hundred dollars for their "mistake". Today I inquired about trading the Soul in and was given a quote of $8,000 LESS than what I originally paid for it! I asked how can the car depreciate $8,000 in 15 months?! The answer was,,,"Well, what price were you looking at? I can go and talk to my manager." I've heard of cars depreciating a few thousand dollars after a year,,,but the car is still like new, with only 17,000 miles!! I will NEVER buy another new car from Prestige Auto. Although, the Service Department is OUTSTANDING! Mechanics are very thorough and they get oil changes & inspections done (without having to make an appointment) within 30 minutes. They're open until 6:30 p.m. on weekdays which is very convenient.

I am posting this review as I have for the past 2 years, somehow Prestige is been able to hide or delete prior reviews. We purchased a 2006 Mitsubishi Raider in February of 2011 from Jeremiah. Starting with the floor mats, and owners manual disapearing after they had their clean up kids clean the truck up for delivery to us. We were told they couldn't locate them even after I had seen them in the truck an hour earlier, they refused to provide us with another owners manual unless we purchased it from them. The truck it self was pretty.. That's where the attributes stop. We were lied to from minute one. It had iffy tires on it that were pretty bare, and we were told they would look into replacing them, and were lead to believe they would, then they refused to. There was a rattle and looseness in the front end which we brought into to have "fixed" a week after we bought it from them, and to have a hood release latch repaired. They refuse to fix the front end problems by stating "We have too much money in that thing, and I am not puting any more into it." That is a quote from the sale manager. We took the truck to the Dodge dealer and had it gone over, since it is a Dakota re-badged for Mitsubishi. Ended up being that BOTH front wheel bearings were bad as well as BOTH ball joints, sway bar links, the rear end was full of water, there was water in the transmition, and water in the transfer case. All evidence pointed to the the truck was a flood victim. Prestige refused to stand by the truck in anyway shape or form. They ignored all future correspondences, they refused to acknowledge anything about the truck to us. We also found out we had paid $4,000 more than book value for it as well. Since we were trying to rebuild our credit we took an offer form capitol one for a preapproved auto loan, we had high hopes of getting a decent vehicle a repairing our credit. We feel we were victimized and preyed upon. The truck has been a night mare! We voiced our trouble to Capitol one in hopes that they would look into the issue and stop working with them in their preaproval programs. We aren't the only people we know that have had similar issues with Prestige Auto Group and we are trying our best to share our story in order help somebody else to not get burned like we did. Mr. Jeremiah, you may not remember us anymore, but we remember you. I think of you every time I drive that truck and I feel a pang of anger every single time. You are CROOK sir. Your company is a sham, and I will NEVER forget you, and what you have done to us. I am a real person and I welcome people to be able to reach me for comments. I am not hiding, I will continue to post my story and share it with everyone that will listen for as long as it takes. - Jeremy Westenberg New Richmond WI.

This place is the go-to dealer...

This place is the go-to dealership in the neighborhood whether you're looking for a vehicle that will stand the test of time or something that has all the latest gadgets. I've owned one Kia and one Mitsubishi that I acquired at various stages in my life and each and every time I've been given a fair price and an honest review of the vehicles. The staff at Prestige are friendly and helpful, and I'd personally guarantee a good buy!

If you end up going to prestig...

If you end up going to prestige ask for shawn. he is the freindliest dealer i have ever dealt with. but everyone that i dealt with their seems down to earth. not only are they easy to get a long with, but they don't lie about any vehicle in the lot. i got a jeep from them and traded in my eclipse. i believe they gave me a fair amount for my trade cuz it did have a lot of miles. I also came from Illinois and wasn't sure how the tax stuff worked for that but their is a man their who knows how it all works. i went in feeling like an idiot cuz i didn't know what i was getting into with such a far drive, but they don't lie online or in person. i would recommend any of my friends to go their but that is only if they want to take the almost 5 hour drive.
