Provided by YPmobileI will not bring my children back to this so called "child friendly resort". This place should be closed down. Management has forgotten about quality and customer satisfaction.

Provided by YPmobileThis place was a joke, a bad joke. The children that worked there had no clue about good customer service. They had no idea how to clean a room. The young staff can't handle being busy. I would not recomend a stay.

Provided by YP.comThis brand new hotel is exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, the service incredible and the rates very affordable. So much to do, can't wait for the water park!!!! The staff made us feel like a member of their family! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!!! It can compete with the top hotels in Chicago!
