Service team is terrible. Spoke with Kristen and Moriah on multiple occasions on the parts for my fridge that came damaged, and its now been a YEAR and its still not fixed due to there parts team not ordering parts when they tell me they have, or there service guy canceling the morning of the repair. The 2 service ladies are rude and disrespectful on the phone. My husband and I have both taken off of work to have the service guy come out for them to cancel us at the last minute. The preach over and over that they want to respect the customer and their employees time with servicing us but all I see is poor customer service. When I call and ask for a time to expect when the service guy, they give me a 4 hour window and when he's still not here they say they can't give me an time frame and he'll be here when he gets here.

I should have listened to friends and colleagues when they advised me not to get appliances from Karl's. Lessoned learned.

We bought a refrigerator from Karl's a little more than four years ago. It quit working on December 19th, 2014. I called the store and was told it would be at least a week before a repair technician could come check it out. It is now January 10th and we're still waiting for it to be fixed as a part needed to be ordered. The repair technician said that he would call with the price and timeline. He has never called. My phone calls are not being returned nor is anyone at the store acknowledging that this is a problem. If you want customer service, go somewhere else.

Karl's really cares about there customers which is a very hard thing to find anywere now days. I like to know that when I purchase something that my buisness is truly appreciated and if I have a problem I am going to be taken care of.

I purchased four appliances from Karl's, great customer service and prices. They were cheaper than the competitors on three and believe me we checked everywhere. The one that was cheaper elsewhere they matched the price and gave me a free ten year warranty on the product. They do guarantee the lowest price but do not match online pricing. No stores match online pricing but Karl's was pretty close and they offer there own service department which in my opinion is worth something.
