not the best place

Not the best place for young children with emotional problems such as A..D.H.D, O.D.D, or any other problems.

My son was placed at the Academy by the social services, even though I did not feel that was the best place for an 11 year old to be. He was placed there for 3 months in which during that stay was always getting sick, having headaches, and received a broken finger that the staff and nurses aide decided didn't really need attention. Not a good place for your child, don't let them go there. Find another alternative for your child that you can't handle or whom may have problems.

your'e school should be shut down

I went to the academy about 12 years ago. During the time I was there I learned absolutely nothing except child abusers work there. I got my chin split open and needed stitches, I got the isolation door slammed on my leg,The staff would put me in physical holds.I was dragged down the stairs by my hair. Astaff purson came into my room while I was changing and attacked me. I happen to break her finger so they charged me with intent bodily harm. I was found not guilty since she was the aggressor. The psychiatrist gave me the wrong medication and the wrong diagnosis.

Think twice about sending your children there.
