Unfortunately, there aren't many places to rent equipment in Eau Claire. I just checked out my third item this year, and enough is enough. The main office staff is rude and condescending, and the shop staff treats you like you are an idiot. Just as bad, is the office staff speaks poorly of their shop staff in front of customers. They act like you are doing them a service by renting their seriously used and gerry-rigged equipment, when it should be the other way around. I would recommend renting equipment from anyone else possible!
