I took my 3 grandchildren here about 3 weeks ago. Two are 10 and one is 8. They each painted two pieces, all 3 painted an ice cream cone and one had a pig, one had a seal and one had a dolphin. On 4/28/2018 I went to Eaton Rapids to pick up the 6 pieces. When I arrived I described the pieces she started looking for the ice cream cones first. She finally found two of them, top and bottom but only found the top to my granddaughter's. She said my kids didnt put their initials on the pieces. I told her I knew they did because i watched them do it. I thought we should move on and try to get the other pieces then come back to the bottom of the cone and told her I still had the seal, pig and dolphin. She found the pig, the seal but couldn't find the dolphin. She asked me if was flat or stood up. I told her it was flat. She looked some more and still couldn't find it. I told her it was painted blue and she said they didn't carry dolphins was I sure it wasn't a horse and held up a blue horse. I couldn't believe my ears. I said, No, it's a dolphin. She said, you said that already. She was talking very loud, the room was full and appeared she was trying to make sure everyone heard her and was trying to embarrass me. She then said, I'm trying to help you but your being rude! I couldn't believe it, I hadn't said an unkind word to her or even raised my voice. I said, I haven't been rude to you, the problem is you don't want to take any responsibility and are trying to blame it on me or my grandchildren. She went back to looking for the cone bottom when she turned to me holding up the dolphin and said very quietly I found it. She then picked up a cupcake and said was I sure it wasn't a cupcake.I reminded her I the top of the cone was sitting there, and here is her initials you said wasn't there. She said she would paint a bottom for her. I said my granddaughter wouldn't want one someone else had painted. She wrapped everything up, pushed the bag at me and said bye!
