Bought four different appliances from this business, all high end and at a reasonable price which I was able to negotiate. The service is great. A couple of times the unit was too large to fit through my doorway and had to be returned to the store at no cost to me and I was able to select something else. I have never had a problem with servicing of any appliances if needed. I would highly recommend Koolzone.

Wow, complete loss, NEVER buy anything from koolzone or I mean searszone. Spent almost 400 dollars on a refrigerator and was cold about 1 week then went warm, so called the company they came out put coolant in it and went on his happy way ,2 days later warm again. Tired of going back and forth with the kool or sears ZONES which ever one they go by,so went online and bought a side by side refrigerator for 100 dollars and been working sence. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. SCAM ON THE ELDERLY. KOOLZONE.

i was amazed at the things they have here they have good quality pieces for low prices been doing business with for years they just open a new location on the east warren & lakepointe right next to the family dollar when they say they beat all deals they really do

i would most definitely give this store 5 star the at the front desk has very good customer service. i called in the store expalined to her what i was looking and when i got ther she had it and gave me a very great deal on it for i would recommend this store to anymore

Very very down to earth real guy no BS great hospitality cheap prices been knowing and doing budiness over 10 years and let me tell you shop has come a long way from 10 years ago sales new and used appliance I recommend to anyone for the Gratiot Eastpointe location

On July 20, 2013 this customer came into our store with his family and inquired on the Viking Stove on our showroom floor. He debated the price and condition of the stove with our salesperson for over an hour and a price was eventually agreed upon. This customer agreed on the price of the stove and understood that this stove was final sale, as described on our receipt, “damage on the side as is”.

However, our salesperson explain to this customer that we would go above and beyond our customer service expectations and order a new door and hire a service technician (at our cost) at which the customer agreed to. We have had our service technician complete a thorough inspection of the oven and it is 100% completely safe for consumer use. The customer also conducted his own inspection in the store and thoroughly inspected the merchandise. At the point of sale, the customer was satisfied with his purchase and he and salesperson agreed upon a price of $2199 as it priced for $3500. This stove retails for $5999.

Koolzone USA delivered the stove to the customer’s residence in Rochester Hills at no cost. Customer refused delivery citing that Koolzone USA did not repair the stove and accused Koolzone USA of selling scrap merchandise, which is false because there is a serial and model number on the stove. The customer understood that there was a dent on the side of the door, as is mentioned on his signed receipt. Koolzone USA is a scratch and dent store; as well offer our customers the best possible deal as well as excellent customer service. We are a showroom that offers discontinued merchandise, floor models as well as scratch and dent merchandise. We also offered a one year warranty on the stove to customer at no additional charge.

On August 1, 2013, this customer came into Koolzone USA threatening our employee and arguing with our salesperson. Our salesperson was willing to work with the customer and to deliver the stove again, yet the customer was very disgruntled and continued to make a scene in the store and was finally asked to leave.

This customer has not picked up his stove and Koolzone USA will now be forced to charge the customer storage fees as well as restocking fee.

Our policy is clearly stated in the store, as well on the customer receipt. “NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE” is clearly stated on the receipt. Koolzone USA is asking that the customer come pick up his merchandise immediately or he will incur a daily storage fee of $30 from the date of purchase, July 20, 2013. He has yet to do so.
