CLOSED NOW - Opens at 8:00am

Heat went out in our home. I called a rep. at first american on the way to work around 05:30 he was very helpful. They sent me the number of the contractor so I called shortly after 06:00 and left a message. I may have called a second time right after. I had 2 contractor's showing up at one of my job sites at 07:00. (I am a project manager on Ft. Bragg) After my contractor's showed up and we were clear about the days work. I googled air concepts. (hours posted on google 08:00)
Shortly before 08:00 I called a few times in the hope to be first. No luck, ok around 09:00 I tried again no luck. Around 09:30 I recieved a call from a angry person about my call's at 06:00 from air concepts. I am sorry if you office is at home and and I disturbed you. I have a sick 4 year old and needed help. I promise I will never call air concepts again for private or industrial proposes. I will make sure everyone I deal with knows how helpful and how much this company wants to do business. (now on this page it says 24/7?? again sorry for disturbing your what ever)
