Never go anywhere else.

My wife purchased an Okuma ABF40 fishing real on a Berkeley Glow-Rod from Shore Sportsman as a gift for me roughly a year ago. The bail on the reel had begun to seize, and the wiring in the glow rod went kaput. Nearly a year later, I walked into Shore Sportsman with both items (no receipt mind you) and asked if they could fix them. The guy behind the counter they called "The Reel Man" took one look at it, looked over the fishing pole, and replaced both of them no questions asked.

Their customer service is above and beyond anything you'll find in a "big name store", and my wife loves shopping there (she's not a fisherman at all) because they don't "talk down" to her guide her towards purchases she doesn't need to make. I would trust these guys with any piece of outdoor equipment I have.
