I have been a member for 9 years and nothing much has changed. After I exercise in the pool, I like to enjoy the "spa". I can ensure you that they don't clean the steam room everyday because it is filthy, the floors are full of hair and you don't want to know what it is, and it stinks. The dry sauna is a total disaster!!! The benches are so old that you have to be careful where you sit, or you burn your a.. on the rusty nails if there are still nails holding the bench together. The jacuzzi tub is a green soup of bacteria and I caught giardia twice in 9 years. The members walks through the spa area with their dirty shoes and the floor are therefore completely dirty. The shower situation is another disaster: no curtain, mildew all over. Look around, check the corners, the floors, it's disgusting!!! I sent two letters to Barbara Nigel, the owner of the facilities, to make her aware of it but it didn't change anything and she claims that they do their best to offer the best services.



They do so well that I am finally taking the decision to end my expensive membership: $70/month and it's less than what you pay as a new member. I am not paying that much money for a place that is going down the drain. They cannot even provide you with a towel for that price! Come on! How cheap can you be... And bring your own lock for the locker room, or you won't be able to secure your belongings. Pathetic!
