I didn't use them but I would read their estimate very carefully. For a bathroom I had redone my contractor referred me to a glass service he deals with. The cost seemed high so a friend recommend MSD. Their cost was much less & did make me wonder how it could be so much cheaper so I called in a 3rd company to estimate & the cost was more in par with the 1st price I received. MSDs price seemed "too good to be true" so to verify I called MSD to make sure I was getting the same product the others companies priced & they said, "yes"- I was given a long speech as to why they were so much less. I called the other 2 companies back who both thoroughly explained what their product was and BOTH explained that wasn't what MSD was pricing at all. He was using aluminum hardware & both of the other companies were using brass made hardware. I asked MSD to price with the same hardware his price was MUCH higher than both! I called an architect friend to explain & said aluminum was less structural.
