Terrible terrible!!!

I am a contractor in TN

This company was an affordable approach for a customer of mine with a budget. They are by far the worst product, customer service, shipping/handling and quality I have EVER seen. Go to Lowes and buy some cheap boxes.

Horrible quality. 14 of 14 defective cabinets, terrible finish inside outside, white haze, scratches, gouges, just disgusting. 5/21/14 delivery, was to be FULL REPLACEMENT,now they want to "piece meal" replacement. Sales rep for Legacy wont budge. We have contacted attorney as we asked for our deposit back & we cannot get thru distributor or Legacy. Not wise to ever purchase from Legacy. If possible not to rate with a star, I would.

Very inconsistent quality. Some cabinets were flawless. Others had broken hardware, sloppy staining and finishing, or arrived broken and damaged. Local cabinet company that supplied them did make all the necessary corrections, however.

These are low quality cabinets at semi-custom prices. I would not recommend them unless you get them very, very cheap. Then you'll be compensated for the aggravation you'll have.

I bought cabinets from this company and they were terrible, they were put together very sloppy, they covered mistakes with tape, sent out bowed cabinets. My customer told me to take the cabinets out, and this company will not stand behind their product! they offered to give me replacements, but my customer doesn't want anything with that kind of shoddy workmanship anywhere near his business. Save yourself the time and extreme aggravation and don't but this product. I wouldn't install them in a dog house.
