The website claims to be the best -- Even with 4G one bar, as bad as it is, it's better than their Wifi. The website claims support for streaming video is "coming soon" and has said that for a year. I time out trying to get s webpage to just open. The website says 24x7 support - you call, no one answers, leave a message, no one calls back. I've also sent multiple emails - 1st response was we're working on it - 2nd response was that AT&T wasn't being responsive, 3rd email no response, 4th email no response. Absolute worst Wifi and worst customer service!
