I am a resident of Hoyleton I have serious concerns regarding the Health and Safety of our Elderly & children's safety in this community. In the last 6 months there have been way to many instances where the children's Home kids ( young adults) have left there property and either attacked residents or scared them. What measures are in place to protect not only the town residents but the Children's home residents. What is the State, Local, & county law enforcements responsibilities & rights to protect & Serve the community?
