I currently use Visiting Angels in R. I. East Providence office and cannot say enough great things about this company! They are always there when you need them, and are extremely caring and compassionate! When my mom came home from the nursing home after her rehab, the nurse Donna from Visiting Angels was at her home waiting for her to be dropped off with her CNA that would be caring for her that day. The care she received from the "angels" was outstanding! They did her cooking, cleaning, errands, bathing, and were very caring! My mom called them "my Angels" when she would brag to her friends. When mom had to go to the hospital for a test, her angel even went with her for support. It wasn't uncommon for them to greet her with a big hug and smile in the morning. I have used other agencies in the past, some were just so big and impersonal that you felt like a number, and they didn't go the extra mile that this company does. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
