I bought an expensive XM radio system from them when it was first released. It was defective from the start. They said it was my fault and I had to waste several hours over the course of many days going to their store and arguing with them. After it was all over, they admitted the shipment of radios they received was defective and it wasn't my faultl. This didn't stop them from charging me 100 dollars for an antenna that flew off because their mechanic did not install it properly. I don't know how they stay in business.

The people there are very helpful and they know what there doing. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Darin, who does the installations is very knowlegable and helpful. This place will be a regular spot of mine.
