Mark and his staff are just wonderful! They are flexible, reliable and truly love animals. I went back to work full time and was worried about leaving my dog for so long during the day. Then i found Furry Friends and all my worries disappeared! Mark has become part of the family and I would recommend him to anyone in need of pet care. Furry friends are true professionals!

Mark is the best. I was planning a long needd vacatation; however, I did not want to board my two very energetic standard poodles. I had peace of mind during the entire trip, absolutely no worries. He is very affectionate and gentle. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for an alternative to putting your family member up in a shelter. Bear, my longhaired cat loved every minute of cuddlng.

I can't say enough about Mark and Furry Friends. I can count them to care for my cat and have even needed Mark and his team of caregivers to administer medications for my cat while I had to be away for over a week. I had peace of mind knowing she was well cared for by skilled, caring trained professionals. My veterinarian knew him and everyone in the office spoke highly of him, which made me feel at ease while I had to be away.

Mark is the man!!!! use his service whenever we need it and he always comes thru whether it's a single walk or vacation getaway for a week. He's trusted by my wife and i and our two dog's love him. I would gladly and wholeheartedly recommend Mark to any and everyone who needs this type of service.

Mark is absolutely the best! We first used his services when we went on a 2 week vacation to Florida. We were a little nervous about leaving our pets for so long, but Mark put everyone (pets included) right at ease. A few days before we left, one of our dogs injured himself requiring multiple stiches for a 6 inch gash. Mark went WAY out of his way to take care of him, even purchasing small T-shirst to help him keep his bandages on. When the wound wasn't healing properly, he took him to the vet for us. We got daily updates on his progress and almost daily videos on the dogs so the kids wouldn't miss them too much. All this and Mark did not charge us a cent over the originally agreeded upon price!



We've used kennel services in the past, but nothing compares to being able to have your dogs stay home where they are comfortable and feel safe, even though you are away. Mark is extremely professional, attentive and mindful of your pets and your property. He goes the extra mile to ensure that you have peace of mind when you leave your furry friends behind. I just can't say enough great things about him or his services!

There is so much that I appreciate about Furry Friends. My pets can remain in their own home and receive regular visits by someone who is professional, caring, and loves animals. Mark is no ordinary pet sitter. He takes the time to know each and every pet and their routine, brings them healthy treats, and makes each visit a special and happy occasion. We arrived home from our trip to find a note from Mark, clean pet areas with pet dishes washed, food cans recycled, mail brought in and lights left on for us. He really goes beyond what is necessary to offer the best service. All of this comes at a surprisingly reasonable cost. I used to have to make separate arrangements for my cats, dogs and fish – Mark takes care of all of them and it ends up costing less than I used to pay in dog boarding fees. Of course, what is most important is the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your pet is happy in their own familiar surroundings.

Mark has been so dependable and considerate that we feel perfectly comfortable with his being in our home and caring for our dog Molly. He is professional and thorough, and really goes out of his way to customize his services. He gives us detailed reports on Molly's activities, so we know what went on while we were away. He's the best, and Molly loves him!!! I would recommend Furry Friends without reservation.

When I had to transition from working at home full time to working outside of the home full time it became obvious that someone would need to be there for my pug when he needed to eat lunch and take a walk at around noon each day. I called my doggie daycare and asked for a recommendation and they suggested Furry Friends. I could not be happier.



Mark came to my home for an interview and I was able to learn more about him, and to see him interact with my "little man". He made me very comfortable. He was very thorough about explaining his policies and procedures.



Since becoming a regular client I really have no complaints. I get a daily journal of my dog's activities, and they even bring in my trash barrels from the street! Mark communicates well, and is always available via email and cell. He welcomes (and requests) feedback. I would recommend Furry Friends to anyone looking for a pet sitter, taxi service, walker, etc.

Best pet sitting service around. Always reliable and available for short notice. Given the nature of my job I leave for frequent travel with very short notice. Marc has always been accomodating and does a fantastic job looking after my pets.

Mark helps us in a pinch when we can't get home to feed or let the boys out, he also watches the boys when we are away on vacations. Mark goes out of his way to be flexible for us. We especially love the sporadic phone videos or pictures he sends us of the boys while we are gone..they brighten our day. We always know when we get home after a Mark visit the boys will be happy.

Mark is top notch in my experience with a few dog walkers...the best I have come across.

I am kind of shy (my mom calls me Tom Turkey!) and Mark was very patient with me. The first few times he took care of me, I was too scared to even come out while he was in our house! (He knew I was ok, though - my mom told him that is how I'd be.)



Now, I can't wait to see him! He is always telling me how handsome I am, and takes such good care of me and my sister. He makes sure we have a clean litter box, fresh water, and plenty of yummy food.



I even hear my mom laugh about the notes he leaves about us - boy, I wish I could read what he has to say!

Our two dogs Dakota and Daisy received excellent care while we were away. Mark also took care of extra chores all on a voluntary basis! We would definitely recommend him to care of furry friends! When the need arises, we will diefinitely call on him again!

I recommend Furry Friends to anyone with a pet. Mark Chapin is a great person and business owner. He gives our dog the best care we could ask for. Mark is dependable, friendly and extremely trustworthy. We are comfortable with him ot only taking care of our dog but also spending time in our home, even for overnights.

I have used Furry Friends Pet Sitting at least a half dozen times and can't imagine using anyone else. I receive text message updates on my dogs and how they are doing as well as the most important part - PIECE OF MNIND. I used to come home from work to a hyper dog who had most likely done some type of damage in the house. He was lonely and bored. Now, thanks to Furry Friends Pet Sitting, Jake is relaxed. He has had a long walk and his dinner. I find a note, (usually quite humorous) on my kitchen counter with a review of the day's events.

I highly reccomend this pet-sitting service to anyone who would like their pets cared for in their own environment, with all the TLC they are used to receiving from their family! It is clear the first time that you and your pet(s) meet Mark that he loves them all, and they love him as well! I travel quite often and it is SO good to have the peace of mind knowing my furry kids are being cared for as well as they are when I am at home with them. Mark is very flexible as well. If your plans change for any reason, just give him a call and he will do his best to be there for the animals himself, and if he can't, he will find another very capable caretaker and companion for your pet(s).

My 3 kitties are treated to a game of "chase the string" every day, and my very furry kittie gets brushed regularly as well! my only fear when I leave them in his hands is that one day I might come home, and they will like life better with Mark than with me! LOL

Mark also waters the plants, brings in the mail and the newspaper, and even puts the trash out for you on trash pick-up day! My apartment looks better when I come home than it did when I left! I REALLY appreciate the professionalism with which he takes care of my prized possessions and the furry kids that I love so much!

Mark came highly recommended by our vet and we weren't disappointed. He went above and beyond in caring for our two cats while we were away and even helped us out with other issues that came up.
