I had a great experience when I went to buy a washer dryer set. Excellent customer service and I was given a great discount
Saved me a bunch.

The sales person insisted I pay cash and would get a better deal if I did ,so I paid cash and set up a delivery time, they stated to deliver between 11am and 6pm on a Thursday ( I bought the appliances on Tuesday) they never showed or called, I called them and spoke to the owner, the owner himself gave me a time of 11am to 2:30pm Friday,needless to say the 2:30 came and went and still no delivery,I then called them back,but was treated rudely by female receptionist,I was then angry and demanded that I receive my merchandise that I paid for, the receptionist said she would tell the owners of my comments ( almost seemed like a threat). At about 3:30pm fridayI got a call from the supposed driver of the delivery truck apologizing for being late said he would be there at the house in a half an hour, and guess what? You probably guessed they still did not show up,and did not call either,it is now Saturday and I will first go to the police,it looks like I got robbed out of $900 Do not do business with these people,even if you do get products from them,they probably would not work,and Iam positive you would get no service

I bought the whole kitchen with this people and they were great at pricing and service. I got my appliances delivered and the time we scheduled. They have a lot of nice inventory.

Terrible experience buying there , they just want to get your money first and they deliver defective appliances after many calls they don't answer, just buy new and you will save a headache dealing with them.
