Its was an extremely scary experience for me, my kids with older parents. Enterprise east Hanover branch manager Joe, gave us a car with out checking. It made a rudder like noise and sparks were flashing in the car.

We returned the car promptly and when I mentioned the issue to the supervisor called Joe, he said its not enterprises job to check each car before renting it.

This is the second time in a row enterprise has given such a faulty car, previously the car had no seat belts!!!!!!



I am not sure what is happening. But looks like Take it at your own risk is the new mantra for returning customers.
