After reading the negative review I decided to give her a chance. She was overly helpful; did not charge delivery; and gave me everything for which I asked! I called from out of town and she bent over backward to accomodate me.

Incredibly rude and disrespectful. Refused to answer questions of mine as well as explain in detail what my order would look like when delivered. Considering this was for my mother, this did not sit well. Did not give me the opportunity to pick out my own flowers, told me that she knew best and kept reitterating that she had been in the business for over 35 years, and how dare I question her ( when I was just simply asking which flowers would be in the arrangement, if I could pick colors, how big it would be, etc. ) Very unapproachable, will never go back.
