Scott the inside guy has serious skills and deserves a better shop. Brian the Manager and Carlos the Estimator, they are not car guys and could care less about getting it right the first time. My truck now has a black front bumper and a grey rear bumper, looks like crap. They won't fix it and the insurance company says deal with it. Time to call the BBB.
